HR部门顾客关系管理与企业可持续经营绩效关系研究On Relationship Between Customer Relationship Management of HR Department and Performance of Sustainable Enterprise Management

摘要(Abstract):
以山东、上海等地35家企业内的245对员工—中高层管理者配对样本为调研对象,研究HR部门顾客关系管理与企业可持续经营绩效的关系。结果表明,HR部门的战略应变能力和可持续经营理念均与经济绩效正相关; HR部门的战略应变能力、雇主吸引力、监管机制以及可持续经营理念均与文化绩效正相关; HR部门的内部营销组合、战略应变能力和监管机制均与社会绩效呈正相关关系; HR部门的战略应变能力和可持续经营理念均与生态绩效呈正相关关系。
